Purchasing process.


Once your order is complete, you will receive an email indicating that the order is on hold until we confirm that payment has been received. Purchase details and order number will be included.


As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email that the order is being processed to be shipped.


You will receive an email once your order is shipped to your delivery address.


We use USPS courier companies to ship in US only.

Delivery times are 2-3 business days after the order is placed, depending on availability and verification.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, packages lost by shipping companies, or any other issues once your order has shipped. In case of problems once your package has been shipped, you must make the claim directly with the delivery company.

If the order is returned by the shipping company for not being able to deliver it, you are responsible for paying the return shipping.
